Research is a continuous process. We are constantly conducting experiments to refine the existing products or designing new formulations for different applications.
The laboratory is equipped with various equipments for testing Raw Materials, monitoring the reaction process and examining the final properties of the product. These experiments are then up-scaled to a 50 Lit. Pilot plant, which is a replica of the production
plant, to create sizeable quantities for sampling and setting the quality inspection plan for the production scale trial.
The prime focus of design and development is the customers’ manufacturing process and the end application of the product.
GP has developed a variety of Unsaturated Polumers Resins (UPR) for aplpications in the composites, fiber-rein-forced plastics (FRP) and infrastructure industries.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped to produce 4000 m.t. of UPRs per annum and an in-house Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), which helps us to stay environmentalls friendly and socially responsible. Along with the product range summarized below, we also
research and develop customized application-specific solutions for our customers. Our laboratory is well stocked with all necessary testing instruments along with a pilot plant of 50 liters for conducting experiments for continually
improving our processes.
